The Partnerships & Affiliates Manager will be responsible for managing our partnerships and affiliate programs. This role involves negotiating partnerships, managing relationships, monitoring affiliates, developing strategies, analyzing performance, and creating content for campaigns. The Partnerships & Affiliates Manager will also manage our outreach campaigns for Partner marketing as well as our Domain Distribution Feeds. 

We are looking for someone with experience in managing partnership and affiliate programs and the ability to recruit new partners and negotiate favorable terms and conditions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to analyze performance data and develop strategies accordingly. 

Requirements: 
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 
- 5+ years of experience in managing partnerships and affiliates
- Experience in negotiating and controlling contracts 
- Excellent communication and organizational skills 
- Ability to analyze performance data and develop strategies 
- Understanding of marketing and branding
