Role Overview:
As a Partnership Manager at Atom.com, you'll spearhead our efforts to build, manage, and grow key relationships that drive value for our business. You will play a vital role in identifying new partnership opportunities, cultivating strong relationships, and managing ongoing collaborations. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential within our startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead our partnership strategy, driving success through targeted relationships with key stakeholders and businesses.
  • Identify, cultivate, and negotiate new partnership opportunities that align with our business goals.
  • Manage existing partnerships to ensure mutual growth and success, maintaining strong communication and delivering on partnership objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure partnerships are fully leveraged and integrated into our broader business goals.
  • Analyze partnership performance and provide insights, making strategic adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing and growing successful partnership programs, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate partnership performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, marketing) to maximize partnership impact.
  • Startup experience is highly preferred; an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing company.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, adapting to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
