Job Brief:

Squadhelp.com is looking for an experienced Operations Lead to join our technology team. With over 45,000 clients ranging from early stage startups to large corporations such as Dell, Hilton, and Pepsi, we are continuously growing and innovating. 

As the Dev Ops Lead, you will be responsible for planning and maintaining our technology infrastructure, monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, deploying applications, ensuring security, maintaining backups, and managing vendors. 

You must have a strong technical background and knowledge of IT systems, operations, and security. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with AWS, Github, DNS Management tools, Cloudflare as well as Python scripting. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in IT operations and security
• Strong knowledge of systems and software architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
