Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Lead to join our operations team to ensure we are providing the highest level of customer service. The customer support lead will be responsible for resolving customer issues, monitoring customer feedback, training customer service staff, generating customer reports, and improving customer service processes. The customer support lead will also work closely with the technology team on issues and automation.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor customer feedback and complaints to identify areas of improvement
- Train customer service staff on customer service best practices
- Generate customer reports to analyze customer satisfaction and identify areas of improvement
- Improve customer service processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Work with the technology team to identify and address issues and develop automation projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, customer service, management, or a related field
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Proven track record of successfully resolving customer issues
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of customer service software and automation projects
