Squadhelp, the world’s leading naming platform, is seeking a motivated Communications Coordinator to ensure the seamless coordination of high-quality ads and content across various marketing channels. As part of our dynamic startup environment, you will play a pivotal role in securing talented creative resources, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and overseeing the development of ads and content. Responsibilities

• Securing talented creative resources, including writers, designers, video editors, and other specialists.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing creative partners and continuously seek out new talent to expand our network.
• Coordinate the development of creative projects through a multi-stage pipeline, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with overall objectives.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure that first drafts of creative content meet quality guidelines by understanding the fundamentals of ad design, copywriting, and UI.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creative partners, providing clear communication and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2-5 experience in project coordination, preferably in ad creation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate project requirements and provide constructive feedback to creative teams.
• Strong understanding of ad design, copywriting, and UI fundamentals to ensure first drafts meet quality guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
