We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the onboarding, support, and growth of portfolios for individual domain investors. While proficiency in account management or related fields is essential, candidates without specific domain investing experience will be considered. The role involves managing relationships, understanding client needs, and facilitating solutions to ensure client satisfaction and portfolio expansion. Training on domain investing specifics will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently onboard new portfolios, ensuring a seamless transition and comprehensive understanding of client objectives.


Provide expert support to individual domain investors, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the domain investor community.


Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling strategies.


Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and enhance support services for domain investors.


Monitor portfolio health and performance metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.


Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to better serve clients and drive business growth.


Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance account management skills and understanding of domain investor support.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Located in Chicago land area. We do require applications to be able to come into the office on a hybrid schedule 
  • Proven experience in account management, client relations, or a similar field is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to learn about the domain investor community and related industry dynamics.
  • Adaptability and a positive attitude towards change and challenges.
